“ Beautiful atmosphere. Master coffee guy really takes his time making the coffee for you. Even lets you smell different beans and chose your favorite before he brews them in the syphon. On the expensive side but it’s the experience. The coffee itself on the other hand is not what I’m used to when it comes to syphon coffee. Tasted and looked watered down but I’m new to this syphon thing so maybe it’s not all the same. 4 stars, because I’d go back for the atmosphere and drink something other than syphon coffee (they have espresso machine as well) ”

“ Truly a one of a kind experience, tailored to the individual. Just happened upon this place when walking around and was drawn in by the quirky off center door. The upstairs table was available and it was one of the most memorable experiences I had my entire month in Taiwan. The couple that owns the place are both very knowledgeable and sweet people, you get much more than just a cup of coffee here. You know its a good time because I forgot to even stop and take pictures, I just wanted to absorb the moment. ”

It is pretty quiet inside and you can enjoy your drink and dessert with the ambient music playing. Not only this, the coffee is very good. They ask you what flavors you are interested and offer you to choose the bean by the smell, then they make the coffee per your decision and answers. I also enjoyed the crème brûlé but next time I would have it without the coffee. ”
